Know all about New UK Immigration rules about minimum Salary of GBP 38700 for Skilled Worker visas - when will it apply, will it apply to existing Skilled worker visa holders, what about applicants whose Certificates of Sponsorships are in Process, etc. ..

HO guidance says the minimum salary and weekly hours should be $26,500 and 37.5 hours. Even so they rejected my DCOS. Ho mentioned that "The salary you enter on the CoS must be a genuine reflection of what you intend to pay the worker."

Sir, In my DCOS application for Shopkeeper I mentioned annual salary as £26,500 and weekly hours as 38. However, the HO has rejected my application, stating that these two are wrong. Is this right?

Sir the ILR rules are same for dependents of Sole representative visa holders? Like if a sole rep visa holder brings his all dependents in his 3rd year of ILR and then they stay continuous till 5th Year of ILR. In this case, Can the dependents also qualify for ILR with the main applicant OR they have to complete 5 years in UK to qualify??
