I am applying for MBA. I think I will get visa for only 4 months for the very beginning, so how much do I have to pay for my insurance as I am applying with my dependent. Do I have to pay for 4 months of insurance or for 2 years of MBA ??

Your visa will be for your course duration plus 4 months and same for your dependent. However, when you get your passport, it will show 3-4months visa and you have to arrive in UK within stated time and get your biometric resident permit (BRP) with actual visa duration. Health surcharge is £470 per year per person, so you have to pay £1880 before applying for visa.
