UK visa start validity will be mentioned in the visa. Typically it would be from the travel date you mentioned in your UK visa application!

As long as your husband has enough balance to cover both if your UK trip cost then you shouldn't worry much. Both of you can submit this one account. You will have to mention in your UK cover letter that your trip is sponsored by your husband whose bank statement you're attaching along with sponsorship letter from him.

For UK standard visitors visa, there is no interview! ☺️ Yes, you will have to submit all the documents along with your fiance's UK address proof, sponsorship letter & bank statement. For your current address, see if you have any other document like mobile, broadband bill or gas bill with address, else see if you can get rent agreement made with your name in it!

Please follow the steps mentioned in the video to apply for UK visa. Since your parents are sponsoring your UK visit, include their bank statement and a letter (sponsorship) that mentions that they are sponsoring your UK trip with their signature. If you are staying at your partner's place during your UK visit, then you will have to add address proof and a letter from the partner that you would be visiting UK and staying at the address with signature.

If you would be planning to go visit any other place than your sister's place, then do show the bookings of hotel/bnb. For bank statement, you would need to show 100 pound/day as this amount is over and above your stay.

Yes we had BIVS stamp on our UK visa as we had shown Ireland in our UK itinerary! In cover letter, we did mention that we are traveling to Ireland but not specifically asking for BIVS stamp on UK visa.

FD is a way to show that you have money with you. Since you would are travelling to UK in October, would recommend to have liquid money in bank till the time your UK visa comes. Post that you are free to do FD!
