​@@TFTaltaccnt Our horns are designed to be usable in any situation, they have soft tones for when people are close, and loud tones for when the sound needs to carry over a large distance, American "Engineers" are forced to deafen the people on the platform. Credit where it's due, people can have opinions, and the oldest British horns do sound kinda out of breath, but please just say "I prefer American horns" or just don't comment, because some people would take offense to this, my opinion is that American train horns are badly designed and unnecessarily complex.
