Oh dear you do sound poorly, I find hot water with a few slices of lemon & a teaspoon of honey really helps. I hope you start to feel better soon, colds make you feel so lousy 🤧I hope JJ & Daniel's appointment brought answers for them, I pray for comfort & peace for them both as they navigate their grief 🙏 Thinking & praying for all as a family. Bless you struggling through that...hope you feel better soon lovely ❤ As soon as you said about Martins acid reflux/ heartburn i suffer quite badly and found some tablets that really help...they're stomach liners (wish i could send pic) they're called Omesprazole (long name being Pyrocalm control 20mg gastro - resistant tablets) states for heartburn and acid reflux...so sorry that was long winded...hubby buys them over counter from the pharmacy in Tesco but all pharmacy's will sell them...❤🙏🥰 xxxx
