Yes… at last I started my new job here in Perth, Aus few months ago. I started watch ur videos 2 years ago, It was really helpful. Whtz ur wife said exactly correct to me as well. Switching from NHS UK to a private hospital is a big jumb. All good so far. We relocated only due to weather but my 1.8 pay scale as an RN is far better than my band 6 pay in NHS. Thatz a real bonus✌️ Me n wife both are RNs and really liking here. Hosp mgt are more family oriented and opposite shifts are not a problem at all. I like 7/8 hour shift because every day we are at home also and spend quality time with our kids. My wife doing part time though. Thank you Mable and family ❤

@@smithajojo276 hi smitha, it was a hard decision for us as well after 14 years of UK life. But we 3 families did this together as we r very close and our kids are in same age group. Other two families are came with 186 d(PR) recently but me n family came few months early with 482 visa(only 3 weeks processing time)and now my hospital switched it to PR. Now I think I have to take this decision early. Definitely I miss beautiful England. England has “CLASS” but we have full of life here in OZ with all day sunlight year around!
