@@fumodrip3017 I'd say Dialga, even when down to its very instincts (meaning, even Primal Dialga). Sakuya has openly admitted to her powers being more limited, so even if we strike a middleground that keeps the time manipulation aspect within reason, she's still outclassed even in her home series by someone like Kaguya who can manipulate eternity.
