Someone, why doesn't Venus have a protective magnetic field? yes almost the same size as the earth. Could it be that a shock like the one generated by the moon is needed to have a core as large as the one the Earth has? Maybe if Venus had a protective magnetic field, it could be similar to Earth, and not the hell it became.
