Alcide Martin Thanks for replying back Liam and the info. I ended up going with the infinity looper and a Line 6 Helix along with my Malcolm Toft Bassics BPA-1 pro bass preamp/pedal, this should keep me busy for a few years. When l play my Bass it takes me to another world, your music and Bass playing takes me even further. Thanks and keep it up my friend. Alcide Martin Canada, Ontario

I’m late to this party, but wow! I stand in awe of your musical interpretation-I’ve wanted to learn 6-string bass for the past five year because I wanted to do something different musically-you have done it! Have you recorded your music for sale to the public? Blessings my brother…don’t ever stop. Your music touches the soul without lyrics. I subscribed. Peace.

Sorry I missed this George. Was using the BPA-1 Preamp for this tune. Also the sub n up for the higher octave. Can't remember the delay, but I'm now using the Avalanche Run for my delay and reverb these days. Thanks for the nice comment man!

Sweet music and Bass playing, good for the soul. I see your using Malcolm Toft Bassics BPA-1 pro bass preamp/pedal and the infinity looper. What else are you running through? I use Malcolm Toft Bassics BPA-1 pro bass preamp/pedal also and l'm looking for mulit-effect unit and looper. Presently looking at Line 6 HX Stomp, Infinity and Ditto loopers. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Alcide Canada, Ontario
@LiamTillyer5 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot Alcide. You've nailed most of it there, I use a bunch of delay and reverb pedals, predominantly MXR, TC and more recently Meris. Also use some plugins in post. Always changing and refining my signal path and setup though. I would say that you should experiment to see what works for you. The Infinity has more options than the Ditto pedal. Ehx has some great loopers also. Good luck mate, thanks for listening to my music. :)

I am not experienced with effects at all but it sounds like there is a slight use of octave or something like this.
@bjornedvardsson55103 жыл бұрын
Very musical! This is inspiring! Excuse me, what is the effect or pedal that makes bass sound higher ? Like octaver but opposite :)
@LiamTillyer3 жыл бұрын
Yes it's an octave up effect. I use a TC Sub n up pedal for this effect. Thanks!
