And that kind of strictness might be offputting to people who see VTubers as their personal entertainers who should provide fanservice and do what fans ask, which leads to them getting upset about the ways he behaves and interacts with his coworkers

It means when a vtuber in an agency fullfil their time on their contract (so they sign up to be a vtuber for a certain duration in the agency) they're normally intended to leave and stop streaming as their spetfic model and when that happens they have to delete their channel altogether. Some of the things I said can be change and still be correct it just the concpet of leaving their channels due to contract reason or any reasons actually
