I usually have my slices of ginger boiled and slices of lemon boiled, but this recipe I think may save me from trying to boil them each time I run out of lemon+ginger soaked water. Thanks for clipping this recipe, might try this tonight hehe~ thanks uki

I've been sick with a very annoying sore throat since yesterday (thankfully not the 'rona) and this is sounding real tempting right now. Usually I just have regular tea with honey and a bit of milk, but it hasn't been doing enougn this time.

oh wow, i usualy make ginger lemon tea by boiling the ginger, tea and water together , then add a squish of lemon and honey. ty for clipping this, i will try this hack cuz i kinda lazy to boil the ginger to get the flavour

I do that also! I add Orange slices too. I don't layer them, I just stuff them all in the jar lol.

I love honey lemon tea as a kid and the thick syrup is the best if you have a sore throat , ginger helps with cold or a runny noise bc it helps strengthen your immune system! Rly would recommend keeping a few jars so you can drink them as regular drinks or for cold. Also I think it’s bc Nov season tends to be more rainy and cold that’s why more ppl are falling sick, my nose was super runny the past week.
