So they did eventually let you in to Ukraine. How did you convince them that your vaccinations were acceptable? Glad to see you actually made it to Kyiv, I thought you were heading for Odessa to get the cargo ferry to Georgia, or is that something you'll be doing later? Have fun in Kyiv, supposed to be a fab city, and so cheap. I went to Lviv four years ago and loved it there.

I have grown accustomed to seamless border crossings but not long ago we had a similar crossing in Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro both coming and going in one day. I have booked a short domestic flight and car rental and even that is an expensive mess. I think upon return home I will swear to never leave the house again this year. Travel for me this year has been a total failure. Good luck.

The WHO vaccination pass work fine. But who goes from Tiraspol back to Chisinau. Just get the bus to Odessa and fly up to Kiev or fly from Chisinau up. The flights are cheap. A bus works for under 3h. In UA the roads are not really good long distance bus is just crazy.
