Yummers! I can almost smell it. My lady and I are doing a motorcycle tour through Ukraine in 2024. The villages in the Carpathians are top of the list. Can't wait to try the food. Pancake Festival! And that cherry wine looks amazing. Respect and love from the US.

I am amazed how healthy Ukrainian's eat! Its mostly organic and lots of fruits and vegetables as well.

You got a nice crispy color baking them off. That looked like a feast fit for kings. I pan fry sausages, slow on a skillet and combine with peppers, basil, oregano garlic and tomato sauce.
