Collide is the wrong word. It is like calling wounded soldiers injured (it isn't quite the same) Drones do not collide with things! They strike things! Collision is when 2 forces from opposite directions meet.

We should design a drone that is a suicide drone but to make it stealthy on the attack and have it kill thee engine and have swept wings to guild it to the target. Being like a Switchblade type wing deployment when it goes in for the dive that way they can not hear it coming in for the attack as they currently can. The swept wings would make it near impossible to hear it diving into the target like a glider or dart.

It has already been done. Essentially you attach something like an RPG to a model airplane. Then you set your glide path, cut the engine & BADA BOOM! From what I hear, these are not as maneuverable as the drones in use now. Cutting the engine turns the airplane into a glider, requiring a greater wingspan, thus reducing maneuverability & speed. It is possible that someone is building a better craft...

Before you hear the standard drone coming towards you at full speed, and get a bearing on it, it's pretty much in your face before you have time to react. Any little noise from other sources, kinda drowns out the noise from the drone itself too. Only because of the first hit, one soldier had enough sense to jump in the water before the second drone could hit. That's a pretty decent amount of damage for two drones, and the Ukrainian boats could likely take out survivors easily afterwards.

What about cheap drones/gliders that carry speakers and small batteries and sent in for physiological effect. They can be sent in a group towards an enemy trench to simulate an attack nearby, (to encourage friendly fire), or direct the enemy on how to surrender, give them orders to retreat, or be a noise to bring soldiers out of trenches for close quarter combat, when you really are doing a drone/mortar strike. Or you could do what our Govt did to the people religious families in Waco, and play sounds of rabbits screaming or songs like "these boots were made for walking" on repeat. That might be too much though.
