@@bthome123 your mostly right but US technology is designed specifically to destroy Russian targets and each piece is well thought out. The Abrams for example was literally designed to be outnumbered by Russian tanks and still keep it's crew alive.. It's also designed to take any shoulder fired anti tank weapons in the world. It has twice the armor as any Russian tank but it's classified top secret design shared only with the British. It's blend of different metals mixes with ceramics to take anti tank damage and to absorb impact. It can hit a moving target at over 3 miles away while doing 40 MPH in any weather conditions night or day. It's chemical and radioactive proof. The Bradley is aluminum with steel so it has much thicker armor and the bush master 25 mm is top of the line accuracy and destruction with armor piercing and explosive rounds. Difference between Russian and American isn't just the American has better offense it's the fact the crews almost always survive while Russian crews almost always die if it's hit.

Half the 500 man unit was destroyed within minutes. Google the Russian report. The US used the Taliban as target practice until it left. Keep in mind WW 2 was Americas war. Veitnam was fighting for south veitnam. While Afghanistan was about 911 at first it then became about the Afghanistan population. The US crushed the Taliban and removed them from power within weeks and they killed Osama bin laden, mission accomplished. No more attacks on US soil since 911. The US gave Afghanistan back to the afgan government and they ran without firing a single shot. Why should America fight for people who won't fight for themselves? That support now goes to Ukraine who is fighting for their own freedom.
