Thousands of residents in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region evacuates amid Russian onslaught. According to region’s Governor nearly 10,980 people have been evacuated. W.H.O. warns ‘remaining 189,000 residents in Kharkiv face risks due to ongoing battle. This comes as Russian forces continue to advance toward border villages. Ukrainian general staff says fighting continues in the area of Vovchansk. AFP reports Russian forces have advanced 278 square kilometres in Ukraine.
