The lady in the video living in Bakhmut does not understand that if the Russians enter her area or if a missile lands on her apartment she will not be spared. I understand that some of them do not have a family anymore or money to move around. The government of Ukraine should make the train free for Ukranians so that they can at least escape from their war zones. Some one is not paying attention there to this problem. Ukraine should have a hard military decision and leveled the çity of Donetsk. It's a provincial military headquarters of an invading force literally on the front line. Level it like Mariupol after warming civilians to get out in 10 days but leave the washing machines !

Ukraine *is* shelling Donetsk (though you won't hear about that in most western media, because civilian casualties etc.) As to why they aren't levelling it, it's probably due to some combination of priorities elsewhere, ammunition limitations, and not wanting to mass their artillery too densely for fear of counter-battery fire.
