The Ukrainians only think and move one step at a time for this incursion. There is no thought of what they had intended to do as followup of this Kursk incursion. Was it a suicide mission just for propaganda ahead of Zelensky's visit to USA. That visit is over and nothing was achieved by Zelensky.

Offcourse not, it was very difficult and chaotic. They lost a lot of men and equipment but Russians dont care for low level infantry and their own people. @@C3l3bi1 Are you asking me why a country, with residents having to leave their houses panicks when they are invaded? There isnt much information coming out but i would say at least 1200 Russian soldiers died, 800 captured, 2000 wounded and 3000 traumatised for life.I would shit my pants with a border crossing and incoming drones, artillery, ambushes, bridges and command posts blowing up. Russia didnt have battlehardened troops there to counter Ukranian forces.Ukraine did probably lose double the amount of the numbers i stated cause they are attacking. I wouldnt be surprised f Ukraine loses too many men and getting rolled back but it created a lot of problems for the Russians. 40.000 troops had to be deployed while they are losing and using many soldiers in other places. Not many countries could hold enough public support to wage a big war they initiated and keep recruting easily. When many places in even their own country arent safe anymore with incoming drones on facilities. Then Putin defitnitly didnt succeed in his objective 'to guard Russia's security interests'. You bet Russian leaders panic being affraid for bad PR.

Ukraine's 'Victory Plan' looking desperate. More than 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers have deserted or abandoned their units since the beginning of 2024, according to local judicial reports. Kyiv is struggling to recruit men as its army has been decimated and exhausted after more than two years of conflict, compounded by the daily advances of Russian troops on the eastern front. While desertions have occurred since the conflict began in February 2022, the number has skyrocketed over the past two years, rising from 3,342 in 2022 to more than 15,000 two years later, according to data collected by the judiciary. According to journalist Volodymyr Boiko, who serves in the 101st Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the real number of deserters may be as high as 150,000-ten times the official figure. "Deserters are not being pursued-which has led to the problem building up over the past two and a half years. Now the situation is at a deadlock. It is impossible to bring such a large number of deserters to justice," he wrote on Facebook.

The PR from Kursk incursion is now past its shelf life! With tomorrow's Rammstein War Conference now cancelled ( because the U.S. pulled out) and hence no long-range missile strikes permission, there is no point in wasting more AFU lives there.
