The ex-Belgian PM, who is now an MEP, (Member of the European Parliament) made a great speech yesterday, basically saying that the European Council will not be funded until 7 Patriot Systems (out of 100 that are in Europe) is sent to Ukraine. The vote passed the same day. I'm glad it's not just Macron who has balls, but I just thought I would let your audience know how easy it is, once someone has the balls to act. As Russia takes out the major electric providers in Ukraine the effects are crippling. These resources cannot be repaired or replaced during the war. Hopefully Allies can find a way to distribute power to Ukraine's cities so drone and weapons production are not halted.

Saw one this morning where the rooskie was sitting in an open hatch leaning to the right as he spotted the incoming drone. Next scene they had to censor what was left of him after the direct hit hanging over the edge of the tank. On the top of the tank was his arm, sleeve and glove as if surgically removed. No blood or scorch marks. Probably should have surrendered.....

Not if they are armed, and still trying to fight. For example, a pilot that has ejected from their plane, is a non-combatant as they parachute down. A paratrooper jumping to the ground, is a proper target. It all depends on the context.
