Smashed it, this solicitor is approachable and getting so many clients because he's a lawyer that grew up in the ends. Didn't have a silver spoon. Speaks like boys I grew up with. He hasn't changed his english accent to a toffee one that many try to do when they get a office job.

I know someone who's child is in special needs school and he's had injuries in school on several occasions. It came to a point the family even called the police but they just said sorry we can not help. Once he cut his finger so he went to the teacher and showed his finger and the teacher replied and said what do you want me to do and ignored him. On his last injury he was pushed and from that he has not been in school for over 12 months. Also due to the injury and the stress from school he had seizure and nearly died. (He had seizure more then once) The local authorise got involved and still nothing has been done infact they lied about many things all they have been doing is just meetings after meeting but the poor child is suffering and he has now lost over years of education. It is very disappointing to hear from the local government staff lied about many things. The school and the local authorises should be shamed of them self for treating and lying to a special need child. They have been over four people from The local authorises to sort this metter and still continuing. Now it has come to a point the child is upset more because he has lost over years of education. (Where is safeguarding at school) (Where is the equal treatment) (Why was the child neglected) (Why was the child treated bad and given false promises from the local authorises) Do parents sends their children's to school and keep praying that they do not end up near enough in death bed. Parents should be able to send their children's to school and think 100% they will be 100% safe. How will their ever be a better future when the local authorise and the school treat a child and his family soo badly. Where is the Justice

@28:20 I bust a case like this. Prosecutors and police tried take me trial without all the disclosure. They put in application to judge called public immunity of information or something like that. Down to judge to accept or deny. Judge told them to give us the stuff we are asking for or he gets a not guilty today. They refused and I bust case. I was looking at at least 10. Was peak. Was on recall from my 6 at the time so still went bk to jail to finish my 6 but still wasnt a 10🎉

He obv understands that tiktok has taken his firm to the next level, and he speaks to plans of expansion and growing in different lanes etc … this couple hours of his time, speaking on topics which are his bread and butter … puts his services and firm in a positive light using facts and informed opinions bout the UK criminal justice system.

Excellent watch. fairplsy to this guy. Most of the solicitors these days working legal aid cases are not trying at best , at worst in on it with police/CPS. So it's hardly ever a level playing field. Great to see a real one 👏. One thing . The voltaire quote I believe goes something like its better for 100 guilty men to go free than one innocent man be locked up. ...I believe. Excellent content.

It really is a thing of beauty, that's taken centuries to shape. the problem is the people working within it are constantly trying to bend the rules and corrupt tje very system they're to uphold. Unless up have guys like to hold them to account they all just tje p1ss , from police to cps to judges

Can someone help me out, well help my friend out please. My friend (John) had a stolen car and one night his friend (bob) was driving and john was in the passenger seat and the police pulled them over and they both got arrested for suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, John said no comment in interview but Bob said it was John's car, I think that's all the evidence against John they didn't take his phone or find anything. They both got bailed and John's got to go back to the police station soon, Im not sure if they sent the car to be fingerprinted or inspected etc. If they did the only evidence against John would be the car was parked near to his house for most of the time but was also being driven regularly to Bob's town, also the drivers seat would have his DNA and finger prints and Bob saying it's John's car also Bob robbed John while on bail and stupidly John text Bob saying I can't believe he can't believe Bob robbed him and that he was going to admit everything. I don't think they sent the car to be inspected. Should John give a no comment interview again? Or should he say it's Bob's car and that he didn't know it was stolen and he CAN explain everything and answer all their questions? Any advice as to what he should do would be appreciated Thanks people.
