I loved the 1st property. It was cheaper than the mystery house, had 4 bedrooms all ensuite, high energy performance rating, beautiful garden with fruit trees and a lovely layout.

This has been my favorite video so far from Escape to the Country! I love that they got the house and that they go everything they wanted. Also really enjoyed the tour of the eco friendly workers shop and that company owner was spot on! The additional tour of the eco friendly home was stunning. All houses should be built to that kind of standard going forward all over the world!

The first property and the mystery house were very attractive. The second house would need a lot of hard work and a fortune spent on it to make it anywhere near as attractive. And this episode finished well. Great!
