This is the coldest ritual dance I have ever seen!! The step dances from African American Fraternities and Sororities must come from this. The blood runs deep. Could someone translate what is being sung in the background?

i also cant make out what they're singing, but as soon as i can I'll translate.. the first part sounds like they're saying 'ithi ingoma emnandi' which translates to 'says the good song'

Not possible. No slaves came from South Africa. You are reaching, as you black Americans always do, when you see something that is well presented

Laba bantu sibahloniphela amahhala, bagida ingoma emnandi, bese bedlala amambawu.
How is this "ingoma" when there are no drums? "Ingoma" is a generic Bantu word that means "drum" or "drums", from Zimbabwe to Uganda, from Tazania to Angola. I cannot believe that the N'guni have never had drums. Is it possible that the name "ingoma" has been retained from whatever time it was when you knew how to make drums?????
