Great lesson! I haven’t played the ukulele since I was ten years old. I got a new ukulele yesterday. I’m now 64 years old. I just finished the first lesson. It all came back to me. I’m feeling very successful 🏆. Now, on to the next lesson! (And lots of practice.) Thank you.

As a (still learning) keyboardist looking to branch out and expand my horizon a bit, i've gotta say, i'm pretty chuffed with how much musical knowledge is transferable. I mean, mechanically, plucking strings is of course utterly different to pressing keys, but it turns out that all the background theory knowhow is perfectly applicable on many other instruments. Big confidence boost, there, 'cause i figured it'd be like learning right from scratch, again. :)

I’ve watch many hours of how to guitar videos. Recently picked up the Uk. I found this video very helpful. The video work is very good. Zooming on the Uk at the right moments when I needed a closer look. He does a really good job of explaining things simply in a way that I can understand. I really like that he is throwing in the beat to the songs too. Sort of getting you started on the intermediate track. Which will help you learn faster. Teaches you 3 cords, making them fun to practice trying these simple songs. I would recommend this video to anyone starting out. Specially liked the Beatles thrown in there at the end. 🤘🏻

I have been trying to practice ukelele off and on for many years... mostly off than on... all the tutorials I found have been pretty daunting but you make it so easy and explain things very well. I am definitely tuned into your channel... thank you and God bless you!!!
