Hello sir , I entered uk as a student in 2022 but i leave the uni and I arrested on work after that I returned to my home country as a voluntary return but my brp is still vaild 2025 and i don’t know how much re entry ban in my case plz answer sir and how i can check my ban status

Hi, does my company need to convince UKVI, especially for a junior role? For example, does the candidate need to write a motivation letter stating that no one else can do the job? On the other hand, is it 100% guaranteed that the skilled-worker visa application process will be opened if the candidate meets the title and salary requirements?

No such convincing or motivation letter is required. However when the Sponsor applies for Undefined CoS, they may have to justify that there is a genuine vacancy. If the company is allocated the Undefined CoS and if you meet all the eligibility requirements, job code, salary, working hours, etc. then usually the application is approved.

They may ask for more information from your employer about their business plan, funding, rotas, payslips of their currently sponsored worker, any client contracts, to justify why they need the role, etc.

Virtual audit is quite common, where the employer is asked to provide considerable amount of information about the genuineness of the vacancy

Hi sir, I'm very new to your youtube and I find it really informative. I have a question. I'm on a skilled worker visa as a personal assistant, and my salary is 26200 per annum. I received my visa on 3rd April 2024, just before the new rules. My question is, can I bring my dependents to the UK, and do I need to meet the 29000 salary criteria for that and how much funds do I need to show for maintenance ? I'm quite anxious about this. Yes, you can bring your Dependants to the UK. No, you don't need to meet 29000 salary criteria. Funds required as follows: You or your partner or child will need: £285 for your partner, £315 for one child, £200 for each additional child
