The admin/developer/tester hosting it will send a private server link with a ULC Events Ping in the discord and if you join that private server early enough you will be teleported to the large server

They're occasionally hosted by devs/admins/testers in the ULC Discord, though occasionally is probably an overstatement considering how we've had 2 recently after like over a month without having one
