Sir mujhe colitis hain mujhe khana mein tasty kuch chahiye what I eat will you advice me but the food I want is tasty . This problem is because of IBD and sir mujhe watermelon khana se stool mein blood aata tha so I quit watermelon . And sir plz answer can I eat air fryer foods in every 15 days
