People seem to forget that Khans 5ltr Range Rover is probably, due to his overwhelming popularity, armour plated, bullet proof windows and all, adding a lot more to the weight of the vehicle, making it even more fuel consuming than a normal type car. And that is without saying that the Range Rover behind it in this video clip is probably his close protection, so another large car on the streets of London.

Exactly.....Now you know why he is vehemently implementing this scheme, sure there has to be a darker side to this £52million pound camera deal he signed, can he justify spending our tax payers money on a scheme that has not had a proper consultation. watch what happens next, something is not right about the whole thing, Ironically we all know paying a £12.50 ULEZ charge is not going to help clean London's Air any purer than it already is, so who is he fooling who? Can he or TFL really justify the cost of 2750 Cameras purchased at a staggering price of £18,000 for each camera ? Will TFL give access to full investigations why these cameras are so expensive, they are not Hubble Space telescope cameras!
