At around 1:11 you go to the IV chord. Are you superimposing Edim over Eb7? Just curious. I’m still grasping jazz theory. Great playing!

Is there a reason why you are lifting your fingers so much (left hand) ??

I made the same observation, most noticeable in his pinky and ring finger, only when he soloes (scales, arpeggios, ...), not when he does "chord solos"
