Great disc golf content as always, so thanks! But I'm disappointed by taking on a dip sponsorship. Just like vaping, these products get to market themselves as a better alternative for people coming from tobacco dips out, but in reality they are just as much if not moreso a product that works the other way. The increased accessibility promotes personal and social acceptance (and psychological habits) of dipping in general and moves more people into the cancer-causing awful stuff than it moves out. I know you guys are a business, but I hope you'll continue to consider who you take sponsorship from and ask what their actual social effects are; not what their marketing says it is. And re-posting a new marketing comment rather than engaging with your loyal community is doubly disappointing. Give this business their sponsorship money back and move on.

18:35 probably the most relatable thing I’ve heard. You can fix multiple facets of your game. Go out and they’re rock solid. Only for other aspects to fall apart. Bright side is that it’s different aspects failing you. It’s not the same thing failing you every time. So it’s a matter of waiting for it all to come together and being patient. Once the opportunity presents itself and everything clicks watch out!

The thing Jerm is describing at around the 51:00 mark is called The Monty-Hall Problem. The thing he forgot to mention is that once you pick your door, of the two remaining doors, the host will then reveal one of the doors that doesn’t have the prize. The reason it works is because, say door number 1 has the prize: You pick door 1. The host can reveal either of the other two doors because neither has a prize behind them. This is your worst case. You pick door 2 or 3. Now the host is forced to reveal the door without the prize, because he can’t reveal door 1. So, 2 out of 3 times, by switching, you’re guaranteed to be switching to the door with the prize. The only way you lose is by guessing the correct door initially, which is a 1 out of 3 chance.
