The recipe is good. Now about you and the videography : Both are extremely clumsy. Why don't you start the recipe making systematically ? First list out the ingredients. Secondly, after each step, move away from the stove and use other side of the kitchen platform. Mix the prepared ingredients away from stove in a safe manner. Your videography need not be a close up all the time. Ask the camera person to step away a little. You have taken too much time. Cut it. Limit your commentary.

I came across your channel I love it 😋👌This is the kind of food I can live on this but unfortunately we need to eat a lot of rice. Even though I live far away from India I love to eat this kind of food. I watched most of your Thoku (pachadi), especially in the stone (Rolu) which was awesome I love it, love it ... Luckily I got stone (Rolu) from the International store and I did thoku (Pachadi) of Tamatoes, Peanuts, Garlic, Cumin, Tamarind, and karam.
