The story revolves around a 20 year old student Aasiya Yaqoob, who falls in love with her Teacher Sir Chouhan. Although Sir Chouhan has never encouraged Aasiya’s bold initiatives, Aasiya’s advances continues. The story takes a sudden turn, when Aasiya’s father dies. Before his death, Aasiya’s father marries his son and daughter to his brother’s daughter and son respectively. Aasiya’s life turns upside down.
The story emphasis on the plight of women in a male-dominated society. In order to find peace and solace, a typical woman turns to spiritual healers (Peers).

I watched this drama in 2021. I am speechless how different story it was ....I feel pain for Kaneez Fatima, Nazeer Fatima and Asiya... Unfortunately there are some real stories in our society where women get exploited like them. Hats off to the writer . I wish we can have more masterpieces like this . I can understand why this drama didn't get million views and likes. Not everyone can like and digest this kind of stories. Nouman Ejaz and Sohail Ahmed have proved that they are the pillars of Pakistan TV Industry.on the other hand Ersa Ghazal and Yumna zaida have done tremendous job. Hats off to you all.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They believe in jinns and stories and they are guilty of driving Sajda to commit suicide by creating distance between her and Fareed so she just created panic by saying so. If you notice they focused on Hameeda's hands many times especially in the scene before her husband kills himself. They showed only hands when the children were given milk and they were same as Hameeda's. They even used to say that Hameeda resembles Sajida a lot. Also the children are familiar with her so they drank the milk given by her, if it was a stranger they probably wouldn't have. I think she did it too take revenge on Ghulam Fareed who took everything away from his uncle resulting in suicide and also Hameeda lost everything with his death. Fareed was almost a maniac towards to end because of his greed and ill doings, he was plotting to kill his own sister and mistakenly licked his finger. You can sat it was Karma that in end everyone was a loser nobody gained anything from all the games they played. copied for those who dn understand drama

In a way Wali and his owls were responsible for breaking homes. As a result he himself couldn't get married and settled despite various efforts. He blindly followed Ghulam Farid's orders and killed various people in Malkana family. In a way he was responsible for the enemity between Yakoob and Isaaq. That's why he decided that Ullu baraye farokht nahi (Owl is not for sale)

No doubt it was a masterpiece, very natural acting, rather Irsa Ghazal was exceptional had goosebumps watching her scenes,every body else were also excellent, cast was too good sets were so natural no over make up no exaggerated show off of clothes, jewellery or weapons, so it all helped to connect with the story and characters. For Example "Shehr e Zaat" the converstaion between dadi n Mahira Khan was the best part of the Drama.
