Granny reduces haste, when paired with carolina will make the enemy crawl.

Granny dies VERY quickly if not paired with several healers. You physically cannot solo-tank on high defficit.

Everyone downplaying this character... It seems kind of ridiculous at this point. I sort of wonder if he's gonna slap shit in pvp too at this point.

Because he's an optional hero if you want to optimize the Eironn comp. Eironn is plenty strong without Ulmus or Granny and there's not enough resources to invest in every character. So most people are going to pick one of them and ignore the other.
