+lolb4udie As fun an idea as it is, it's certainly best to keep them as Clubs and Teams within current Universities. For example, you don't see Universities solely dedicated to Football, Basketball, or Baseball. Since players are spread out it creates more opportunities for starting positions and more passionate rivalries. Not all Universities sponsor their Football or Baseball Clubs, because they haven't proven themselves. Once eSports Clubs start to prove themselves, there will be scholarships.

And all you have to share that million with is the tax rate of your area. Whereas the million that you win in league you have to split 5 way, and each of you has to pay for the coach, the expenses, and other fees, and the income tax on that too.
