@@UlsterOutdoorsandFieldsports Lough Neagh is famous for its diving duck but its mostly dabblers that feature in your bags. Is there a reason that you dont get divers or am I mistaken in my thoughts?

You are absolutely right. As for the reason? I don't know! The whole area around this spot is preferred by dabblers so there must be a good reason. Sorry I can't be of more help!

Sadly all the ground I shoot around the lough is for member only syndicates and clubs. No harm in asking though.

surely that is over the legal bag limit for large ducks. in the UK it is .

We do not have a legal bag limit here ( and Northern Ireland is part of the UK.) Many people shoot far too many for my liking so I stop at 6 ducks (regardless of species.) Thanks for your interest.
