Would you rather have our next giveaway be a robot vacuum or gaming keyboard? What do you want us to review next? Name one thing that is worse than vacuuming!

Super awesome! This helped me comfirm i wanted to get one. I was going to get a new one from amazon for only $320, but i finally saw one for 115 used on ebay. And i have not been sorry! First off, it cleans the floor exceptionally well on vacuum mode, it can navigate objects 99 percent of the time and not get stuck. And the unit stays nice and close on everything it goes around. Secondly, it empties quickly. I can not say the reviews online are fair and say its loud, to me it is a reasonable sound, not exceeding someone talking loud in equivalent volume. Third, the parts online are pretty cheap, and seem to be universal across many models. Except for say the wheels, those can be tricky to find if i ever need one replaced. Fourth, the battery life is fantastic!!! I don't know if it was replaced on this unit by the time i got it, or if it was stick from 2 years ago. Around 1100 square feet on the first floor and it still gets home with 74% left in 44 minutes. A slightly larger battery on Amazon is about 40 dollars, and AliExpress has on for 25 at a slightly smaller size. Fifth, the Tuya app is extremely nice. It's excellent with sharing where the robot is, where it was, has good user interface with setting up no go zones, can save multiple maps, shows your history and what it did that day map, has sightings for rooms with suction power levels and mopping control, remote control, and seemed too impress my wife who does not like technology in the first place. You can tell the vacuum to automatically clean a section of a area on a map, or select a specific set of rooms to clean before company comes quickly. You can also have it clean at night and program it not to disturb your family by talking and waking them up with a robotic voice by setting a do not disturb mode. The program also includes a estimated lifespan of your brush and rollers and HEPA filter. Which was the other reason I got it, along with the the slam and lidar and bumper technology totaling everything of 23 sensors of avoidance for objects, the HIPAA filter is hard to find on robot vacuums that navigate well. However, even with the developer being extremely responsive and kind, the schedule portion does not seem to function well at all. For this portion, I used my Google home app and linked it to the Tuya account, and Google home app has no problem turning the vacuum on at scheduled intervals! Google home also works flawlessly when you tell it to turn on the vacuum, but there is no room control using Google home. Like most robots, loose carpet is not good when it finds it. It can suck up paint brushed and such causing it a problem. We dont have a dog ot cat, but to my understanding it will smear poop, even though the object avoidance detection is working, it is looking for this it can't fit under or go around. It talks clearly, has no issues docking, finds all kind of crap, I was not interested in the mop function. So I can't say if it works great, but I surmise for a very light cleaning it does mediocre. However, I can vouch for the home base setup and the mopping feature such that the robot knows if the mop is hooked up on the tank and even if it has no water in it, it knows if it's on carpet and will tell you that it does not recommend you leaving the base unit on our carpet floor if you're going to have them up hooked up. As it can cause damage to your carpet. This was extremely interesting to me that it literally told you this audibly and seems to prefer hard floors if you're going to mop and have it hooked up to the base unit. That was super cool foresight on someone's heart with programming. But, I just unhooked the map portion and then it seemed happy. And once again, although I love her, my wife is not tech savvy but has been impressed with the vacuum unit. This to me is the biggest sign that the vacuum and app function great is when she is not annoyed with technology. It is hard to come by with her and even a Google home mini or whatever can upset her on occasion. The kids are arranging in age from 12 to 6 and like that they're only chore now is making sure the floor stays picked up and they no longer have to pick things up and sweep and vacuum. Like I said, I got my unit used but there does not seem to be many units that are used for sale. With this being the case and as I was looking for about a month, I could see several other vacuum models that were used for sale but this was hard to come by. With all I've experienced and with the other reviews, I would guess that the reason there aren't many used units is because people are pretty happy. I'm not sure why this unit was for sale, and why it was at a refurbished company, but it is excellent. If the owner had returned it because of a poor battery or something, it's a shame they didn't try taking out the eight screws, they would have found a easily replaceable battery as I've said, the battery is phenomenal!

After 14 months of use my T10 will no longer complete a cleaning cycle. It starts and then I find it shutdown in some random area of the house. The battery is not going dead, it just shuts own. I have reconnected to internet, cleaned all sensors and even used the reset button. The unit turned out to be expensive for a year of use.

Husband bought me one for boxing day sales. I was 'whatever' about it as sweeping and mopping were not my least favourite jobs (though I despise vacuuming, we have tiles throughout our home, so it's optional). I started doing jobs I'm naf of and being rewarded with shiny floors (it was a job cleaning up after our rotty). Some days, the robot would vac and I'd mop others it'd do both. Five minutes after we got the robot home my knees went on strike... its been so nice to have clean floors without having to strain my knees. I do need to spray certain spots on the so that the robot gets the job done properly... and watch its snail trail (slipping over with sore knees is extra not fun). I have just empied the dust bag and machine catcher straight into our bin. The dust bag does have an odd 'smell' if you have allergies i dont recommend. We ordered new socks for robot weeks ago when the washing machine 'ate one' found it later in the dooner cover... now they're washed in a mesh bra bag. But I'm still waiting on their friends in the mail. My husband thought he was ordering the pro and was slightly disappointed that we didn't get the scrubby brush type. I'm so curious to see the difference between both in action. The app is a pain in the butt. Robot mapped our house , and it just sporadiclly refuses to work together. I just get it to start and close doors of spaces. I'm not ready for it to clean yet

You should modify this one to do something funny! It would be great if it screamed when it hit stuff.

Well I disagree with no use with carpets, my Bungalow has half laminate floors and half carpets, and it makes an amazing job of hoovering the carpets, if fact if I then go over it with my dyson v11, there is very little pick up, of dust. Also I wouldn't advise putting bleach in the water container, it would be better to empty all the water from the tank, and give it a thorough clean ,

@@PassportPowell I think any cleaning products could clog something usually. Just a pain to clean out and could get blocked. Perhaps corrosion of some parts. But essentially up to the user but I wouldn't advise just incase.

Surprisingly the really expensive machines are meant to be pretty good on carpet if you don't mind spending around 2k for a vacuum.

I do. I use a blend of floor cleaner and water. Works fine. If there's too much soap in there it does look chalky
