Does this work on MOLLE webbing? I'm going to buy a Satre as my small task knife attached to my Selvans MOLLE sheath.

I'm going to say 'no' for the ulti-clip on MOLLE. You don't have room to operate the clip and fit it over the webbing. However, the Satre sheath has lacing holes you could use to tie it to the webbing which would be the way I would go for what you are looking at doing. Ulti-clip is really for pockets/waistbands/belts not MOLLE.
