I play with Hog for a year now but I can't play not even close as good as Ian. I started trying less expensive versions recently and I'm using a 3.0 version now, with tesla, ice wizard (or firecracker), earthquake, tornado, log, skeletons, and valkyrie. The defense is better against air decks but I still lose a lot of matches because I still make many silly mistakes.

2.6 in this meta is so painful. dagger duchess and cannoneer massacre hog and any deck with princess tower runs a building or something. Not to mention firecracker being everywhere so you often make bad elixer trades fireballing the firecracker or struggling to kill it when they protect it. The evo's are nice ig but pretty mid. skeles are great but so inconsistent nowadays since the nerf. I just dont enjoy the deck like i use to and alot of games end up spell cycling towers instead of taking them with hog.
