Sería bueno que en las listas de reproducción pongan todos los videos de 10 minutos, los de 15, 20, etc. Hay videos viejos imperdibles. Por otro lado es bueno incrementar el tiempo de ejercicio y sería más fácil de buscarlos así. De todos modos, felicitaciones! Me encanta este canal.

Thanks for the feedback and I was happy to read that you STOPPED when you felt knee pain. I never recommend to push through pain I have learnt the hard way by doing this exact thing. All of my workouts are here FREE at any time so no stress you can always come back.

hey winter i got half way thru, i am still no used to skipping that long. also my calf's were getting pretty tight. still challenging workout though. will have to wait till i am better at skipping for the length that was required for this workout.

This is not a workout I would do everyday as I don't jump every day I like to give my lower body a rest. However it depends on your training goals and your current level of lower body conditioning.

Hey Raf welcome to my KZbin channel. If you are looking to lose weight it is going to require changes to your current life choices. This means increasing your exercise and reducing your caloric intake. Before starting a 1 hour Jump Rope Workout what exercise do you currently do? And what is your diet like? I cannot give you diet advise however in today's society we have enough information and knowledge it's about application.
