Day 1: We start our journey at Chitkul, the last village on the Indo-Tibetan border. Known as the "Last Village of India," Chitkul offers breathtaking views of the Baspa River and towering mountains. It's a peaceful spot to soak in nature before we head deeper into Spiti.
Day 2: Next, we travel to Tabo, home to one of the oldest monasteries in the Himalayas. The Tabo Monastery is often called the "Ajanta of the Himalayas" for its ancient murals and intricate artwork. Don’t miss the serene vibe of this spiritual hub!
Day 3: From Tabo, we head to Kaza, the main town of Spiti Valley. En route, we stop at Hikkim, the world's highest post office. Imagine sending a postcard from here to your loved ones! Kaza is where we rest and prepare for more high-altitude adventures.
