Love this video! Thank you for the reminder about focusing on the statements for 17 seconds. Something that popped into my head while I was doing a focus wheel along with you in this video is adding color - maybe different pen colors for the statements and/or colorful doodling; for some reason it feels like adding another sensory dimension would be enjoyable and helpful. I used to draw Reiki symbols on my focus wheel pages to add that frequency to it. Coloring and doodling helps to keep things more playful, especially if the topic is ‘serious’ or holds extra resistance. 👻💫
