I am currently an angela main. I find using the 15% CD boots really helpful in the early, then twilight stream instead of scepter of reberv for more CD as 1st item. Next would be the 10%cd reduction from the small magic grimiore Will take ardent dominator early when the enemy assasin is good, to improve survivability Boots then switching to magic pierce boots in the late game when I get enough cooldown

In Honor of Kings, you don't need to purchase this hero; it's given for free. Just level up your account to about level 3, and you'll be all set!

it's just ult cd increase? but yeah affect some of the time i could have saved myself a few times by using the ult shield defensively
