I'm a baritone so I don't go all the way up with this but having the keyboard visible is a big plus for me -- thank you!

Good warmup. Was just wondering, do you warm up before you start to teach or perhaps before you record one of your videos?
@JeffRolka Жыл бұрын
Great question, David. It depends on when things happen. If I have lessons to teach early in the morning, I'll try to wake up early enough to warm up, but I'm not always successful. Before I record these videos, I usually run through the exercises myself before I commit to the format of the warm up. That ends up being a warm up, as you might imagine!

Yet another fabulous work out for the Baritenor vocals, thoroughly enjoyable. Is there any chance you could include the real time piano?
@JeffRolka Жыл бұрын
I'm going to sort that out. I don't have realtime piano/MIDI for this video I'm afraid, but I'll get it sorted. Thanks for your kind words!

21:16 And, of course, those MP3s are available through your preferred podcast player, so there’s no need to download to your phone before you head out 🙂 (You should mention that some time, Jeff!) 🙏

What do you recommend if the exercises around 13:30 starts to get too fast for me? Should I keep doing it anyways or not? It sounds pretty much like a huge legato when I'm doing it haha
@JeffRolka6 ай бұрын
The notes will become more defined as your ear catches up with your voice. You have to try to anticipate the next note of the phrase (in the exercise and in our songs!) Great question!
