Since the "Eye Examination" video from ten months ago, there is definitely a before and after. A milestone has been reached and I am definitely sensitive to the turn this channel is taking. Clinician here: I love what you're doing here and your dedication to realism. One thing you should try and do while checking the ear with the otoscope is use a fulcrum against the patient's head. That is, using your flexed pinky knuckle of the right hand and placing it against the face so that if the patient were to jerk towards you, your scope does not accidentally perf the TM.

I stumbled upon your channel from it being recommended from the YT algorithm and I am very glad it was. Your passion and dedication really shows in this video. Whether it was the sounds matching up when the solution was going into the ear, or the different angles with the audio matched up, or the transitions. You clearly put a lot of time and effort into this and it is an amazing video. I also really enjoyed the doctor's inflection, it was quite different. He also paused a lot and took his time making sure everything was right. The way you utilized the props was great as well. I think what made this one of the best ASMR videos I've seen is the fact it was completely authentic. Although roleplay is popular, your videos cannot be replicated because you made them so unique and distinct. I think I figured it out…The reason why Dr. Marcus ASMR is so great to watch is because when he’s doing things like movements and it’s going between different camera views and angles, they don’t align with the other angles of the action and it kind of feels like you’re in a dream because when you’re in a dream things don’t make sense like that so that’s what it feels like when you watch it and yeah it’s kind of comforting so that’s why it works.
