I use cheats (and mods) on occasion, other than that I play semi-realistic especially on the No Man’s Land map where you have a blank canvas on which to build your own farm

I try to play as realistic as possible when it comes to equipment. However, I like creating my own farms so I use the government subsody to give myself a bunch of money to build the farm and buy equipment/land. After ive got everything I want, I'll lease like the most expensive peice of equipment until my money is down to like $100k.

You can also download the the “start from zero” mod and you can remove up to 1.5 million at a time.

I do the same thing, I even created a whole town of selling stations and an industrial factory area & decorated most of the map to my liking, i wish I could create a modded map because I find editing the maps to my liking is very enjoyable & makes me enjoy my gameplay when I start from scratch

You can also just create a new farm in game. You then go to farm management and you can transfer the money from the farm you've created to your farm. You can do this over and over. Then just delete the created donor farms. You can do this in multi-player. No need to deal with extensive loading screens.

I max the gov sign at like 4.5 - 5 mill... get what I want with a few big lands and get down to around 500k... then do lease and do contracts until harvest season...

I just take a trailer of cotton to usually the highest paying place to sell, the Spinnery. For a 51000 haul it costs around $44,000 and you get around $170,000 back. I only do it if I'm running real low. I don't have any Gov sign mods.

@@redneck6905 same place I get it until my cotton starts growing. If there are collectibles then I don't do this. We all know on new farmer we only start with that $100 grand. When I sell my equipment I take it to the store to sell off since it gives you a good chunk of cash more than just selling it thru your garage. At least I know I'm not the only one who sells of the cotton for $$$.

lol I always use the signs . yep I'm a cheat . It seems to be all about money and the greed for it in the real world. And this is my escape from it . plant signs reap money . At least in a game I'm a millionaire . Who can throw money around like confetti

What platform? Took me forever to figure lights out, no mod needed on xbox RB D-pad up for flashing lights D-pad left/right works the turn signals. hope this helps

@@CarimboHanky Yeah, I went back on and looked, and found it. I'm not used to clicking on DLC for PS games, because it's usually only Sony trying to sell me stuff. Nice to see community mods available for a PS4/5 game. Not many seem to have that. Thanks for this great video. Allows me a lot more freedom in how I play the game.
