This rotation is called 10 aptitude and is never used because opponents die before you even do 10 aptitude rotation

herc is better for general questing. helps with lots of nodes and immortality comes in handy. CGR is just a monster for large health pools

I wouldn't say Herc is just outright "better for general questing" and that you reserve CGR for bigger healthpools. I use CGR in general questing every single chance I get, and I rarely ever need to fall back on Hercules

Hercules comes in handy when the nodes are too much BS at once and that immortality saves your azz!! I have found you really need to up CGR up for him to do great damage and take a hit, if you mess up. I now use my R4 6* more often.

Herc has the safety of a more easy to understand rotation but I think and max ceiling fast to reach, while CGR can just ramp and ramp more and more, so even even CGR has that possible quick burst and then Herc catches up, Max Herc can't compete with CGR ramping more and more

CGR is and has always been the better damage dealer, herc is the better all a rounder. I took CGR up as my first ascension. Herc will get ascended tomorrow. Just enjoy both of them. I like playing CGR more of the two but that’s personal preference.

CGR is actual way better in terms of damage. But Hercules is a great quester and is very simple yet really effective. Herc will always be my favourite character.

Leaving double immunities, he has vigilance buff countering miss. He also has 5/6 unique buffs which are non rng based triggers and can get a huge number of these buffs at once, access to armor break debuffs and a lot of them (despair), access to incinerate, unblockable sp1, energy based mediums (and specials) . Also I feel like his damage is so crazy it should listed as a sort of utility as well. I'm not a cgr veteran so this is just the stuff I thought of off the top of my head
