Naa.. giving all the privileges are quite usable for big nations But it's not always good, especially for OPMs. We must count for the crown land, and crown land lower than 10% has quite serious penalty, especially if you have a vassal on your own. If you have a land with less total development, you'll get enormous crown land by expansion, and you'll get more if the estates have less influence. Of course your selection of the privileges are quite awesome, obviously, but I want to say that it's not the always the best option, for some moments.

Good point sometimes you don't wanna hand out privileges but I guess that's more for people to figure out since fitting all that in one video can be difficult

Monopolies don't "remove" the goods from trade; it's just an enormously big production efficiency penalty - i.e it removes the income you gain from production to 0, not production itself. Edit: Another critical thing that has not been addressed in this video is whether or not to accept the crownland bailout from the event that you will get.

Correct I forgot about that part of monopiles however in 2024 I feel like everyone knows not to accept the crownland bailout point proven by you correcting me

I mean its a pretty basic one I'm yet to meet anyone who does not know but if somebody does make that mistake it'll be good character development

@@PaulPreacher I'm yet to meet anyone who doesn't know about using the estate privileges generating monarch power, yet they are included in this guide. And for good reason. It is simply something that should be covered even when it seems obvious. Everybody makes mistakes and that's fine - I do not mean to sound preachy, rather I want this to be taken as feedback on what you may want to consider to add to your guides to improve their quality.
