Another great video. Here in Central Valley, California, our leaf season is just getting started.

I have the toro version of that system and I had a horrible time initially with it but I got it figured out. I ended up getting the wrong pulley system so the belts would last 30 minutes to 2 hours. Then when you use it enough the pin hole wears out and angles the blower causing it to burn up belts every 25 hours. I attached bungies (2) from the hose clamp on the blower and attached them to the frame and the exhaust cover in a V pattern. I’ve gone 100 hours with zero issues. Hope this helps.

Hey Brian how do you feel abt this leaf season in Michigan since the some trees still have a lot of their leaves do you think it'll be stretched to December?

I love the redmax 9000. I pre ordered it. I waited until fall to bring it out and you have to pretty much idle that thing has way to much power in beds, but makes quick work in wide open grass areas

Great video. I have a couple STIHL blowers. Love them. I live in Massachusetts and have never seen Redmax for sale anywhere. Looks awesome. How can I get one??

brian when you do blower wars you should throw in the pro run pbb2884 its 400 dollars and is a great alternative to these 600 dollar blowers with over 1000 cfm
@TonzX2215 күн бұрын
Great set up! Just my opinion but that P2000 hits perfect spot for leaf clean up, enough power for probably 75% of blowing needs. If leaf piles really get huge and heavy I feel like it's better and more productive to have a leaf plow like you do to move said leaves exactly where you want them than trying to force them with blowers and finally you save yourself 3 or 4 grand vs the bigger units.

if you do another blower wars, definitely have the redmax 8560 and 9000 along with the echo 9010 and stihl br800.

First video I’ve watched, great content and also located in Michigan. We have a 2.5-3 acre yard full of trees and are looking to get a new mower with a bagger system. Any suggestions?

Hey Brian, which blades do you run on your stand on and sit down mowers while bagging leaves?
@RArensbach15 күн бұрын
I’m running a Scag Vride II right now with the vacuum bagging system and just curious what blade set up you’re using for the leaves with the bagging system

The RedMax sounds super nice. Ok? How is it on fuel burn? I realize that the world is saying that 2-cycle and gasoline burning equipment is on the way out. I think that a decent distance down the road.

Hello, which enclosed trailer brand have you used? I'm looking at Spartan and Titanium, do you have any thoughts on these two?

Deck maybe too high which may cause friction causing to snap. I see that on the Scag bagger and deck

I had a chance to demo the Redmax EBZ9000 recently. Wow…it does move leaves fast but I could feel the torque of it at full throttle. It actually made me walk a bit funny trying to fight it a bit. The 9000 is a leaf mover, not the type of blower you would use to blow off sidewalks and driveways after mowing. The EBZ8560 or EBZ7500 are better choices for that. But…$800 MSRP a for the EBZ9000 is a lot of money for a backpack blower. Overall I thought the EBZ9000 still is a great blower for leaf work. I dug the harness, very well thought out with the separate hip belt was well. The blower felt comfortable on my back. I would also think there’s a Husqvarna equivalent of it at some point in the future. Following in their model number convention it probably would be the 590 maybe?

I just blow the leaves in the woods with backpack that is near by and what I can’t blow in woods I mulch with mower, I think all that extra equipment just isn’t profitable for what they cost. A 18hp Billy goat now days is just so expensive. A stand on blower 10k is just insane j can by another mower for that. I just get it done with a backpack and a mower.

that's the only reason why I got rid of that bagger off the multi force kept going through belts like crazy.. went red magic bagger on our stand ons and not one issue
@ericressler726715 күн бұрын
Agreed, same unit set up on a multi force. Not worth the price, seems to still leave a lot of clean up and fills very quickly with only 2 bags

do you like the 9000? i have the echo 9010, but redmax everything else, so id like to just stick to all the same brand.

Asian Beetles, and them suckers bite! Great looking setup! I also just punched the Redmax EBZ9000 and love it. much more comfortable than the Echo PB9010 I'm my opinion. I look at the Billygoat stand on blower, bet ended up choosing the Scag Windstorm. Total game changer! Take days off of our cleanup schedule. Good luck with your fall season!

Y'all see that other channel that Jerry rigged an old wood chipper into a debris vacuum? Talk about next level stuff! Never bogs, massive diameter hose. Y'all crushing it Brian. Edit: to add to your PSA, don't forget under your belt covers as well. You'll be burning up under there and won't know until you smell it or your blades go out.

@ehexzs1015 күн бұрын
I know you were showcasing new equipment, but on a large open area like that, I would take a regular mower, mulch it all up reduce the volume, and then a second guy behind with the bagger
@BriansLawnMaintenance15 күн бұрын
Yeah we could've done that too no doubt about it!
@Adventuresofapanda15 күн бұрын
that blower wouldn't allow you to blow and use the stand on at the same time right?
@BriansLawnMaintenance15 күн бұрын
It would if you left the cruise control on, but that's also why I prefer tube throttle (trigger) models. But this time we went with the left arm style.

They kill the grass and are a habitat for ticks than can transmit Lyme disease. People pay for leaf cleanup.
