Door is beautiful. We replaced ours recently as well as two others large front windows and our back patio doors. Yes it was a big job. We had no storm door and we ended up adding it shortly after. Everyone was used to a storm door and they left the door open all the time. I missed having the security of a storm when answering the door. Thanks so much for sharing your experiences. Hi Crystal. I finally got help to subscribe to your channel. I watched you decorating your house as the seasons changed. You remind me so much of myself when I was younger. I am almost 71 and still love to decorate. I wanted to comment on all your videos but couldn't remember my password so my daughter and granddaughter helped me. I’m a little behind with videos but absolutely love your new door and that you kept it light inside...and yes les windows give that privacy ! When we bought our house it had a full length glass door and although it was frosted you could see / feel people looking in! The fall decorations gave a real homely feel too💝💝🙋🏻‍♀️🇬🇧💕

I have been waiting for this😱 I love porch redos. I have mine all done,it’s so cute. I will add Mums in a week or two and hay bales in the yard maybe porch too. I can imagine choosing a door is really hard with all the choices!. I had to choose a freezer on the bottom fridge a few weeks ago from somewhere I don’t like to shop but when your food is going bad and you have to consider price AND availability with COVID you do what you have to do! I’m cleaning out my attic slowly but surely and I found some sort of pear shaped outdoor lanterns for my Fall deck. I’m gonna put another layer of shellac on my faux pumpkins and mix it up with real. I am pumpkin obsessed. I’m moving my decor retail business to my house so I’m going big with the hay and pumpkins and curb appeal! Your porch is super cute. I’ve been watching porches all day waiting for yours!

I was thinking the same thing . I love the door. we just redid our kitchen and doors inside and this is the style that we have. I showed my husband and I think I'm getting a new door LOL. We have a storm door that I have on now and I think I would miss it definitely let us know how your family adjusts!!

Ok I love that front bottom rug! I don't do buffalo check so this is a great option. I have that exact same Thankful rug so it would look great together at my front door too! Perfect amount of decor! Some videos I've seen put too much out there & it looks cluttered. Yours is perfect, of course :)

Crystal, your front porch fall decor is very welcoming and love the color of the mum's. I like your new front door, what a difference from the original--great choice--I like the color as well. I'm trying to retrieve my fall decor from my garage, but a cat (I think it's a wild/stray) that's been in the neighborhood decided to have her babies (2 weeks ago) in a far secluded corner of our garage and some of my decorations are stored above the space. That said, I don't think I'll use those decorations because I don't want to disturb the cat and her kittens. I don't know much about cats, but I've been feeding her because I want her and her kittens to survive, especially in this heat. I didn't realize cat food was so expensive and there's kitten food which I got for the kittens. Thank you for sharing.

It looks awesome! I really love the front door! Ours is in so much worse shape 😫. It's a little over 20 years old. Our house was built in the 80's too and everything is going at once. I just keep telling myself, baby steps. 💕
