There might be a typo in number 13: restore health is a DISM command, which is the one that runs when typing 1 sfc scannow scans the system, which isn't DISM. I guess what in trying to say is that 1 and 2 are swapped

@@Elite-kursed you can use a stretched Res by changing it in the Fortnite config then saving the file, press properties on the config and check ✅ read only, the go to the Nvidia control panel change the monitor res to the stretched res and hit apply. Check if it works

Really nice tool it looks cool. I done most settings though (didn't do all because i use a few services you disabled) and my fps barely increased. Idk if it even increased. I've had this problem for ages. I have fortnite on the absalute worst settings (720p preformance mode fulscreen with low everything and 60% 3d graphics). I get 60FPS and lots of lag spikes with these settings. Apparently fortnite is a very CPU based game but my CPU is good (i have an i5-12400 and my gpu is an intel 730 intergrated graphics). I think its probably the GPU but I'm too broke to get a better one and not sure what one would make my performance better anyway. Please can you help I've struggled for so long. I also have 8GB ram if that helps you know whats wrong.

Yes, Fortnite is a CPU heavy game and since you basically have no GPU that gets used for rendering textures, your CPU has to handle all of that. Also, 16GB of RAM would also be a good option to consider once you have enough money to buy a RAM stick.

If your dads PC is low-end, there's not much to do. Tweaks might help stabilize the FPS but don't hope that you will get a crazy FPS boost, since you have to have good specs to have proper performance.

ISLC is useless, all it does it force clean your memory which results in FPS loss rather than FPS uplift. As for Hone and Process Lasso, they do work. Process Lasso is an extremely useful tool.
