Not gonna lie, quite disappointed that 4k 144fps isn't consistently possible, but it shows we are still years away from 4k being the standard resolution still. I think something's wrong here. I mean have ryzen 7 laptop with RTX 3060 and it does not thermal throttle that much. Try lowering maximum processor state from 100% to 95% in advanced power settings maybe it will help or you can try buying a cooling pad. I sometimes lock my temperature to around 83 degrees celsius without sacrificing too much of the performance using Ryzen Controller software, see if anything like that exists for Intel too.

what aio would u recommend for 14900k ? not that nzxt cuz its like almost 400 dollars in my country, something a bit cheaper, imma use 6 fans on the radiator, preferably white

Tbh if you undervolt it and use the Corsair H150i ELITE you should be fine.

Yeah even with 360 AIO it can get to 100°C pretty easy! I'd recommend undervolting it.
